LOTTERY EXTRA

The text below has been taken directly from Camelot's leaflet 'HOW TO PLAY THE NEW GAME: WIN IT BIG WITH LOTTERY EXTRA - SIMPLE GUIDE', which is freely available from National Lottery retailers. Just to be clear, although this is an unauthorised copy of the leaflet, I am in no way claiming any ownership of, or credit for, the following text, which has been reproduced here solely for the benefit of my visitors.

HOW TO PLAY
To take part in the exciting new jackpot-only game, you must play The National Lottery Game first.

1. Complete your National Lottery Game Play Slip as usual - £1 per play.

2. To play Lottery Extra, either mark 'SAME' to enter your previously selected National Lottery Game numbers or mark 'LUCKY DIP' - £1 per play.

3. Then select your draw days and dates. For Lottery Extra, the draw days and dates played will be the same as for your National Lottery Game entry.

4. Pay your retailer and collect your ticket showing entries for both games.

HOW TO WIN

1. Watch the Lottery Extra draw after The National Lottery Game draw on Wednesday and Saturday nights.

2. To win the jackpot, match all six Lottery Extra numbers drawn in the relevant Lottery Extra draw with any of the six-number Lottery Extra selections on your ticket.*
If no-one mathces all six numbers, the jackpot continues to grow until it reaches £50 million. If it still isn't won then, it rolls down to players matching five numbers, if none then four, if none then three, etc.
Any balance over £50 million goes to the next draw.

For further details, please refer to the new National Lottery 'How to Play' leaflet.

CHECKING YOUR TICKET
You are responsible for checking that the information on the ticket is correct - your numbers, the days/games you wish to play, the number of weeks and the draw date(s).
You must also check that the barcoded serial number on your ticket is clearly readable and that the 'VOID' box has not been marked. Keep your ticket safe. You'll need it to claim your prize, as it is the only proof that you are a winner. It is recommended that you put your name and address on the reverse of the ticket for security purposes.

In the event of any discrepancy between this leaflet and the Rules for On-line Games Rules and Procedures for Lottery Extra, the Rules and Procedures shall prevail.
Lottery Extra, and all National Lottery games, are subject to Game Rules and Procedures.
